Responsibilities
· Acting as general office admin support to the Project/Contracts Manager
· Using the electronic document management system to control important documents (drawings, drawing register, billing of materials etc.)
· Proactive management of the facilities helpdesk, ensuring prompt logging and completion of all requests.
· Maintain strong Health & Safety standards
· Build and maintain relationships with clients ensuring we deliver projects to exact customer requirements
· Monitoring the design approvals process, ensuring notifications are sent to the relevant parties.
Key Requirements
· Previous Site Admin experience is required.
· 1-2 years minimum experience Construction Admin role
· Building industry technical and practical knowledge is crucial.
· Ability to work on own initiative
· Strong team-building skills
· Experience with systems such as Procore and BCar
The salary for this role is between €38,000 - €42,000 DOE
(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, car allowance, plus further additional benefits
