Part Time 6.00am - 12.30pm, 5 shifts per week
To ensure that breakfast is maintained to its highest standard
To be able to work efficiently in a busy environment
To be aware of wastage and control portions
To follow the standard recipes and advice of your immediate supervisor
To help in other departments according to workload
To assist and be aware of stock rotation
To assist in preparation, cooking & serving of food
To organise and make ready all material & utensils necessary for the shift
