Key Responsibilities Facilities & Property Oversight Budget Management: Manage campus facilities budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness for both planned and reactive maintenance. Health & Safety Compliance: Act as the primary point of contact for health and safety, ensuring compliance and liaising with insurance brokers. Contractor Coordination: Select, manage, and evaluate contractors to ensure high service standards. Sustainability Focus: Drive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, ensuring compliance and accurate data tracking. Tenant Relations: Build and maintain excellent tenant relationships by addressing operational queries promptly. Team Leadership Staff Management: Lead weekly team meetings, provide training to Building Managers, and maintain a high-functioning on-site team. Requirements The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: Qualification in Property or Facilities Management: A formal qualification in a relevant field is essential. Commercial Property Management Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with strong technical expertise. Strong Communication Skills: Proven ability to manage relationships with tenants, contractors, and team members effectively.
