Then come and join our global team as Inventory Control Support, Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics at our facility in Swords, Dublin.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
1. Perform regular cycle counts, audit, and make necessary adjustments to maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
2. Conduct emergency inventory counts as needed and resolve discrepancies.
3. Perform Root Cause Inventory Discrepancy Analysis
4. Monitor and manage outstanding transfer orders (TO) to ensure timely and accurate execution. Collaborate with the logistics and productions team to resolve any issues related to transfer orders.
5. Reconcile COGI (Controlling Goods Issued) to ensure the accuracy of goods movement.
6. Assist in the management of production-related inventory, ensuring timely availability of materials.
7. Coordinate and manage scrap lists, ensuring accurate transacting, reporting and disposal.
8. Generate inventory and production reports to provide insights into inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Your qualifications and experience:
9. Ordinary Batchelor’s degree (QQI level 7).
10. Minimum of 1 year of professional experience within Inventory control, Logistics, or manufacturing.
11. Experience with Excel and SAP particularly in inventory and warehouse management.
12. Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough and accurate inventory counts.
13. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
14. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving inventory issues.

15. Collaborative team player, able to build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
16. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately record and verify inventory data.
17. Familiarity with SAP, particularly in inventory management, with a willingness to learn and expand your skills.
18. Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and document findings.
19. Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing time effectively to handle multiple tasks.
