The Role
:
As a dedicated Front Office Manager, you will oversee the front office and reservations team maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Duties:
1. Oversee daily operations to meet hotel standards.
2. Organise rotas for adequate staffing.
3. Handle guest enquiries and reservations via various channels.
4. Maintain accurate guest information and complete daily checklist tasks.
5. Address guest queries and complaints promptly.
6. Promote hotel services and products and build client relationships to drive business.
7. Oversee rates and inventory across distribution channels.
8. Manage direct and group reservations from booking to payment.
9. Maximise room revenue and occupancy rates.
10. Manage pricing and rate strategies.
11. Provide timely and accurate reports in sales and revenue meetings.
12. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety practices.
13. Liaise with accounts for accurate billing.
Requirements:
14. Previously worked in a similar role with high standards and team management.
15. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front office management or assistant management role.
16. Skilled in front office and guest relations procedures;
17. Guestline system experience is beneficial.
