Red Chair Recruitment are looking for a Payroll Administrator for our clients in Killarney, Co. Kerry. This position is primarily responsible for the preparation and processing of payroll for staff on weekly, fortnightly and monthly schedules. This position is remote with support from company head office in Killarney, County Kerry
Required include:
1. Payroll and general office administration
2. Run weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls
3. Preparation and filing of Monthly P30’s and P45’s on Revenue Online System
4. Client interaction primarily over phone
5. Advising on PRSI and basic tax issues relating to payroll
Required experience and qualifications:
6. 1 – 2 year minimum in previous experience processing payroll
7. High level of organisation with the ability to deal with and prioritise multiple tasks
8. Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook an advantage
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
10. Qualifications such as IPASS payroll Management or similar qualification
This is an initial 3-month contract to cover sick leave with a strong possibility of extension and will be for roughly 30 hours per week. Salary is open to negotiation and based on experience. If you feel you are a good fit for this role, please apply directly to me at
