Key Objectives: Drive sales in national and international markets, managing key accounts in agreed segments. Oversee day-to-day events coordination, working closely with the events team. Maximise sales of hotel rooms and conference space, ensuring alignment with business goals. Manage selected corporate accounts and develop new business relationships. Develop strategies to meet monthly forecasts and build a future pipeline in target markets. Attend trade events to represent the hotel and expand market presence. Key Responsibilities: Manage key accounts across all revenue streams, focusing on rooms, meetings, events, and more. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure retention and growth. Lead and mentor the Weddings/Events team, ensuring effective management and performance. Develop new accounts in target regions and segments to ensure continued business growth. Manage client site inspections and communicate key insights to the internal team to maximise conversion opportunities. Support and mentor junior team members to enhance their sales skills. Oversee business development strategies to source and identify new opportunities. Represent the hotel at internal and external events as a senior member of the sales team. Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent customer care and relationship management abilities. Commercial and negotiation skills. Proven success in sales leadership, ideally within the hospitality industry. Ability to lead and mentor a team to drive results. Measure of Success: Achieving sales targets and delivering KPIs.
