Due to continued growth and planned facilities expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced manager to join an innovative, pioneering business in the leisure sector. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic manager to lead a team of 20 staff and oversee business operations in collaboration with the management team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage staff, ensuring timely issuance of weekly and monthly rosters that align with business needs. Oversee bookings, with a primary focus on managing swimming pool schedules. Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety guidelines. Work closely with two other managers to meet all operational requirements. Qualifications: A third-level degree is required. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in software packages such as Excel, Word, and email. Relevant work experience is beneficial but not essential, or a combination of education and work experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic, energetic, and able to quickly integrate into a team environment. Demonstrated flexibility and innovative problem-solving abilities. Additional Information: Shift work is required from Monday to Sunday, with weekend shifts on a rotational basis. Operating hours are 7 am - 10 pm (Mon to Fri) and 8 am - 7 pm (Sat and Sun).
