Financial Services Administrator / Legal Secretary required to work in in Shannon, Co. Clare.
Working in a small team environment you will need to have strong exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in legal documentation and processes.
Responsibilities will include some of the following duties :
1. Diary Management for the Senior Management team, coordinate and manage schedules and appointments, ensuring seamless workflow and timely responses.
2. Client Interaction: Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining positive professional relationships.
3. Assist in the preparation of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal guidelines.
4. Organize and maintain legal documents, correspondence, and case files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
5. Facilitate the timely and accurate filing of legal documents with government agencies, adhering to specified procedures.
6. Provide general administrative assistance, including answering phones, managing office supplies, and supporting the legal team in day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
· Demonstrated experience as a Financial Services Administrator/ Legal Secretary.
7. Strong understanding of legal processes and documentation is essential.
8. High proficiency in typing with speed and accuracy, ensuring efficient preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
9. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
10. A commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive legal information and client matters.
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, legal professionals, and team members.
