The Job:
Achieving Maximum profitability on the sales by selling new and used cars and promoting Finance, Insurance & Auxiliary products
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process so all customer expectations are met, if not exceeded.
Building a strong rapport with customers visiting the dealership and proactively seeking to find new opportunities for BYD outside of the showroom environment.
Meeting volume & model mix targets set by the company each year
Meeting used car targets set each year
Meeting targets for outbound calls to prospective customers daily, weekly & Monthly.
Meeting accessories targets set
The Candidate:
* Sales experience - retail motor industry sales desirable
* Passion for cars.
* Proactive & Target orientated
* You will be required to learn product knowledge and to be able sell new and used cars while also upselling.
* You will need to be target driven as this is a commission-based position with also a base salary.
* Willingness to learn and follow our strategic sales approach.
* Go - getter attitude.
* People orientated anticipating & meeting customers needs.
* Public speaking skills.
* Negotiation skills.
* Full clean driver's license a must.
