Location: Cork City
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, No weekends.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Supporting the sales & aftersales processes and completion of all administrative tasks required
2. Registering new vehicles, performing change of ownership, vehicle invoicing
3. Extreme accuracy in orders and invoices, including processing invoices and credit notes.
4. Ad-hoc administrative duties.
5. Welcome clients upon arrival to the dealership.
6. Liaise with Sales Executives regarding their scheduled appoints.
7. Provide excellent customer service to clients waiting for appointments and offer them beverages.
8. Weekday running of reception area and managing phone/email enquiries.
9. Ensure the reception and waiting area are maintained to a neat and tidy standard.
10. Provide administrative support to vehicle registration and logbooks.
11. Sorting & distributing post.
Role Requirements:
12. 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar role.
13. Previous administrative experience is essential (1+ years).
14. Previous use of CRM systems adventurous
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
16. Be efficient, with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
17. Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
18. Be flexible in their approach to work.
19. Display a professional, courteous manner at all times.
20. Previous experience within the motor industry is desirable but not essential.
