Your new company A longstanding boutique hotel situated in the West of Ireland that is well established in the Mayo area.Your new roleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales, Marketing, and Events Manager to join our clients' team and oversee the sales, marketing, and Event Co-ordination.The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong sales acumen, and a creative approach to marketing strategies. This role requires someone who can effectively promote our venue, attract clients for events and weddings, and ensure the seamless execution of functions. The Candidate that would be ideal for the role would also have a strong knowledge of Digital Marketing as there will be a rebranding of the website and an overhaul of the social media platform.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
2. Generate leads and convert them into bookings for weddings, events, and return business.
3. Conduct tours of the venue for potential clients.
4. Manage the sales pipeline, from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
5. Create and execute marketing campaigns.
6. Maintain relationships with vendors, event planners, and industry professionals to enhance partnerships and drive referrals.
7. Analyse sales and marketing data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and make informed decisions to optimise strategies.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
