Work for Ireland's leading chemical company as a Key Support for the UK & Irish market. This role is based in Dublin 15.
About the role:
1. Process sales orders, manage export documentation, and maintain pricing information.
2. Oversee logistics providers, negotiating new routes as needed, and prioritise and schedule orders while considering supply chain capacities across territories.
3. Generate and process rebates and credit notes, coordinating with all territories.
4. Collaborate with relevant company functions to manage key accounts.
5. Communicate proactively with key customers, anticipating their needs and participating in field visits.
6. Capture and organise customer information to develop a comprehensive knowledge base.
7. Serve as the point of contact for customer queries, issues, and complaints, working with relevant functions to resolve them promptly.
8. Ensure customers are informed of order status and delivery dates, and have a solid understanding of our products and their functionality
9. Develop and review reports to manage day-to-day activities and utilize Quality systems to document procedures, work instructions, and opportunities for improvement.
10. Assist with reception duties and phone coverage as needed, and handle other ad hoc duties to meet business and customer needs.
11. Ensure accurate pricing and billing from transport companies for every trip.
What we need from you:
12. Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
13. Experience in Administration and support.
14. A great problem solver.
15. 2nd language - German or Italian are preferred.
