Responsibilities of our Customer Advisor (Technical);
You will provide technical advice to Kingspan Insulation customers, as well as employees. You will offer guidance on our wide range of solutions, and the associated guidance on building regulations.
Key responsibilities include dealing with all enquiries directly from customers relating to general technical advice, product/application guidance, plus liaison with associated product manufacturers and suppliers.
Skills and Experience required of our Customer Advisor (Technical);
With full training provided, we’re looking for someone who possesses a customer service background, with excellent telephone manner, and a keen interest to further/develop their career within a global business.
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail. You will be computer literate, have a technical aptitude, and be comfortable working as part of a team and on your own.
