We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fire Safety Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining fire safety protocols to ensure the protection of life, property, and the environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments of buildings and facilities Develop and implement fire prevention plans and procedures Perform regular fire safety inspections and address any identified hazards Coordinate emergency response plans and evacuation procedures Organize and deliver fire safety training programs for employees Oversee the installation, maintenance, and testing of fire suppression systems Ensure compliance with local fire safety regulations and standards Investigate fire incidents and provide recommendations for prevention Liaise with local fire departments and relevant authorities Maintain accurate records of inspections, training, and incidents Requirements: Proven experience as a Fire Safety Officer or similar role RGI Certification Thorough knowledge of fire safety regulations and best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to remain calm under pressure and in emergency situations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant safety management software Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Fire Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH Experience in a similar industry or setting Benefits: Competitive salary (€52,000 - €60,000) per annum Opportunities for professional development and career growth Comprehensive health and safety training Skills: Fire safety Officer Safety Officer Prevention Benefits: Annual Bonus / 13th Cheque
