Business Process Specialist – Limerick, Ireland - Contract
Ireland is a hive of activity for the Life Sciences Sector at present with global players setting up new and expanding existing manufacturing facilities all over the Country. An exciting opportunity has arisen to work via Quanta on the client’s side for a global Pharmaceutical organisation on a major expansion project based in picturesque Ireland.
Located just 20 minutes from the nearest international airport, the manufacturing site is workable for those wishing to commute to/from Ireland for a contract position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this Business Process Specialist role include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Onboarding Optimisation: Develop and implement efficient and effective onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions and comprehensive training programs.
2. Personnel Development: Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify training needs and opportunities for skill development among team members.
3. Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to foster professional
growth and advancement.
4. Communication Enhancement: Evaluate current communication channels and protocols within the department and propose improvements to enhance clarity, transparency, and overall effectiveness.
5. Implement strategies to encourage open communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
6. SharePoint Architecture optimisation: Utilise SharePoint architecture knowledge to optimise platforms for optimal visualisation, data management, and communication.
7. Design and implement customised SharePoint solutions to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and improve data visualisation.
Desirable Experience:
8. Batchelor’s degree in Business Administration Management, or a related field.
9. Proven experience in business processes improvement, project management or organisational development.
10. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
12. High proficiency on SharePoint architecture, Microsoft office suites & power apps.
