Our clients are currently recruiting for a full-time permanent Office / Accounts Administrator to join their team at their onsite factory in the Longford area. Roles & Responsibilities: Raising PO numbers Creditors - input of invoices, reconciling statements and paying suppliers Preparing stock payments Operating RCT on supplier payments Input bank payments and bank reconciliations Completing customs declarations Administration: General Administration duties Answer company telephone Responding to emails Dealing with visitors in polite and friendly manner Requirements: 2 - 3 years experience in a similar position Proficient in IT - Excel, Word & Outlook Skills: Accounts Receptionist Accounts Administrator
