Excellent opportunity for a Senior EMEA Payroll Analyst to join a multinational pharmaceutical company. Located at the heart of Dublin City Centre.
The successful candidate will take ownership of our international payrolls, having ample opportunity to work as part of a well-established team, embedding first in class process and procedures. You will report to the international payroll manager.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience processing high volume EMEA payrolls in countries such as Germany, UK, France, Italy and Ireland.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :
5. Responsible for ensuring all payroll inputs are accurate & completed on time across a number of countries
6. Acts as point of contact with external payroll providers.
7. Works closely with other departments such as Stock Team, Fleet Management, Comp & Bens, HR Ops and HRPB's to ensure payroll data is accurate and processed accordingly.
8. Reconciles each payroll, reviews all entries and forwards for approval.
9. Ensures all tax information, reconciliations and payments are accurate prior to payment.
10. Review of payroll journals post payroll prior to sending to Accounting.
11. Understanding of time recording and holidays accruals for multiple countries.
12. Managing the internal inbox with responsibility for responding to employees' queries
13. Keep up to date on all legislative changes in EMEA payroll and implementing where appropriate
14. Ensure compliance with all SOX controls.
15. Ensuring SOP/training documents for a variety of payroll processes are kept up to date.
16. Actively involved in payroll projects across the region including new country set ups.
17. Work with the team to evaluate and test process and system improvements.
Education and Experience:
18. International payroll qualification preferable
19. Minimum 3-6 years experiences EMEA/ International payroll experience
20. High volume payroll experience is essential
21. Strong understanding of benefits through payroll including company cars and Stock Options and RSU's
22. Experience with Workday, Core Pay and Core Insight preferred
23. A second European language would be an advantage
24. Strong Excel experience including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's and Macros
