General Manager, Smart Energy EMEA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead daily sales operations of Honeywell Smart Energy (SME) business in EMEA to drive orders attainment.
2. Coordinate / partner with ISC organization to deliver revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow sales, revenue, and profitability of the SME business in EMEA.
4. Provide direct management of key functional managers in SME EMEA and SME HUBCO.
5. Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
6. Ensure the development of tactical projects / programs to achieve strategic goals and objectives for SME in EMEA.
7. Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers.
8. Lead key or targeted customer activities within the EMEA region, build relationships with key stakeholders in the markets we serve.
9. Make key hiring decisions and oversee talent development programs for SME in EMEA.
10. Evaluate and decide upon key investments in infrastructure, equipment and other key projects in SME EMEA.
11. Communicate Honeywell and SME strategy and results to SME EMEA employees.
12. Report key forecasts and results to management.
13. Engage with SME / HPS Marketing and Management to enhance strategic planning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
14. Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Sales or Engineering (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
15. Extensive sales and operations experience (15+ years)
16. Experience in Industrial Manufacturing industry
17. Extensive management experience with P&L accountability
18. Ability to motivate and build high performing teams
19. Ability to influence, negotiate and partner in a matrix organization
20. Strong strategic and tactical skills; ability to translate business strategy across organization
21. Ability to influence and drive change throughout organization
22. Ability to provide reliable judgement in complex situations
23. Entrepreneurial skills with record of exceeding objectives
