Our client, a busy production facility based in Blessington, is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to join their expanding team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of their offices. Youll oversee reception, distributing & collecting paperwork, organising recruitment & some HR duties. Key Responsibilities: Office Admin: Manage the office area ensuring offices maintain at best possible standards, printing, distributing and collecting departmental paperwork daily. Manage and coordinate occasional events Reception: Managing reception and ensuring all safety & compliance protocols are followed Recruitment: Screening candidates for roles, organising interviews and closing out interview process HR admin: Ensuring all files kept up to date, assisting with rostering and other HR tasks Finance admin: Capturing & maintaining data for the new ERP system Ad hoc: assist with ad hoc tasks Requirements: Exceptional organisational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm Skills: Administrative Support Personal Assistance Filing
