Your new role Oversee the Annual Audit and Statutory Accounts preparation and filing. Foster and maintain strong partnerships with both Internal and External Audit teams. Supervise all Revenue audits and information requests, ensuring meticulous governance and prompt resolution of any identified issue. Ensure robust governance and oversight of the company's SOx framework, maintaining vigilant supervision of the SOx testing program. Provide support to management for the timely identification and resolution of any SOx deficiencies. Oversee and ensure compliance with all company tax filings and requirements, providing review and guidance on legislative changes. Lead comprehensive reviews of business processes and systems to pinpoint areas for process enhancements and control improvements. Identify opportunities for control standardisation and rationalisation across Ireland Materials, driving efficiency and consistency. Coordinate annual insurance renewals and handle ad hoc insurance requests. What you'll need to succeed Fully Qualified Accountant. Big 4 or Top 6 at senior Level. 6-8 years of Industry Experience at senior level (If not from an Audit Firm). Excellent experience with IFRS, US GAAP & Sox compliance. Strong Audit and Compliance experience. Be results-driven, showing strong initiative. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and shareholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Foster innovation to move the company forward. Solid, steady CV with 3/4 years per role.
