As Administrator, you will join a leading and established Real Estate Agency who offer a wide range of property services for individual and corporate clients.Your new office is located in Dublin 4, accessible via public transport and also with parking available onsite. Your new company requires you to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.Your new role
As Property Administrator, your duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Act as the POC for tenants, clients, solicitors, contractors and other property service providers.
2. Managing reports / data input.
3. Setting up registrations
4. Liaising with senior management on operational performance and issues that may arise.
5. Additional ad-hot duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have at least two years of Administration experience within the property sector, which is essential for this role. A proven ability to work as part of a team and to take on initiative. Proficiency in MS Suite, PowerPoint and Excel is also essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in addition to teamwork are necessary as you may be required to assist with projects alongside a diverse range of individuals. With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar role, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
