We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a travel coordinator for our growing team across international borders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and logistics, with a strong background in planning and coordinating complex travel itineraries, specifically for site inspections. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of travel arrangements, ensuring that each site visit is organised to perfection.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and coordinate end-to-end travel itineraries for site inspections, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other necessary logistics.
2. Liaise with internal departments to understand their specific travel needs and preferences, ensuring a personalised and efficient travel experience.
3. Prepare detailed travel documentation, including itineraries, maps, contact information, and site visit schedules.
4. Monitor and manage travel budgets for internal departments, providing cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
5. Provide real-time support during travel, addressing any issues or changes in plans promptly.
6. Stay updated on travel regulations, and destination information
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
