Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
* Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to provide exceptional guest experiences.
* Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient service during busy periods.
* Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or feedback promptly.
* Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Manage stock levels, inventory control, and ordering for the restaurant.
* Assist in menu planning, pricing, and promotions to drive revenue growth.
* Ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
