Immediate vacancy for a TA Generalist to join an employer of choice in Wexford. This is a 12 mth contract offering hybird work.
As a Talent Acquisition Generalist your main responsibilities will include the following -
1. Employee Brand Proposition
2. Application & Assessment
3. Screening and Selection
4. Onboarding
5. Various HR strategic projects to enhance or people proposition in a lead or team member
capacity.
6. Continuous Improvement Projects
7. eam Collaboration, Performance and Support
Key Requirements:
8. Proven experience in Talent Acquisition required
9. Relevant 3rd level degree required. CIPD qualification, achieved or in progression
10. Strong verbal and written communication skills required
11. Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
12. Experience administering applicant tracking (use of SuccessFactors would be advantage)
13. Experience in communicating HR policies and benefits packages
14. Demonstrated interest or experience in human resources activities
15. Strong client service orientation with discretion and confidentiality
16. Adheres to all policies governing the employment process to ensure compliance
