This role will play a key part in crafting, coordinating, and delivering strategic campaigns that engage our employees, aligns with Deloitte's strategic objectives, and fosters a cohesive company culture. As a Campaign and Multimedia Specialist, you'll ensure that all campaign communications are impactful, engaging, innovative and messaging aligns with Deloitte's voice and brand, to achieve specific project objectives. This role is perfect for a proven, confident professional Communicator with experience of partnering with, and offering solutions to, leadership teams in a large, complex organisation. Business Partnering Support and advise business leadership, key stakeholders and the wider team on best-in-class internal communications activity. Thinking strategically, pitch new ideas and offer challenging perspectives. Stay close to the 'pulse' of the business you're partnering with - through strong relationships and both qualitative and quantitative feedback and measurement techniques, have a clear view of what is working well and areas that need improvement. Maintain and build effective relationships with key stakeholders. Collaborate across business functions to ensure all communication efforts are aligned Creative Content and Multimedia Production Oversee the production process of multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and presentations, to support storytelling and enhance engagement working with internal and external service suppliers. Work closely with the design team to produce creative & compelling visual content, such as infographics, animation, and branded graphics. Manage multimedia content, from planning through to final editing and publication, ensuring all deliverables are high quality and meet brand standards. Campaign Strategy & Planning Plan and execute campaign strategy that align with Deloitte Ireland's internal communications objectives and broader business goals. Maintain and manage an editorial calendar, coordinating content themes, key initiatives, and scheduling for maximum engagement. Actively seek feedback from employees and business leaders to continuously improve the effectiveness and relevance of internal communications. Story Creation & Editorial Collaborate with key stakeholders across Deloitte Ireland to source stories, understand business needs, and identify content opportunities. Develop content that aligns with and promotes Deloitte Ireland's values, culture, and employee experience initiatives. Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for a variety of internal channels, including newsletters, emails, intranet articles, leadership communications, and employee stories. Ensure all content aligns with Deloitte's brand tone and style and is clear, consistent, and tailored to specific audience needs. Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and other internal stakeholders to craft messages that reflect Deloitte's values and drive employee engagement. About you: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in internal communications, content strategy, or a similar role, preferably within a large or global organisation. Proven experience in multimedia production, including video editing, graphic design, and managing digital content. Technical Skills Advanced understanding of digital and social media trends as they relate to internal communications. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an ability to adapt content to various audiences and formats. Experience with multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar tools for creating and editing visual content. Familiarity with internal communication tools, content management systems (CMS), and email marketing platforms. Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience in using data to refine content strategies Personal Attributes Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate with senior leaders. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling and brand engagement. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
