Qualifications:
1. We are looking for a qualified person to Level 8 Degree in Engineering / Science or related discipline, Masters preferred and desirably with 6 – 8 years relevant direct engineering experience within a similar environment.
2. This role necessitates broad management and leadership knowledge to lead multiple job areas, and detailed functional and operational expertise.
3. Strong leadership and people management skills and ability to create a winning high performing team.
4. Proven ability to create an environment to foster innovation among a technically strong and capable engineering team.
5. Demonstrable ability to achieve goals through collaborating, influencing and interaction at all levels across the business/function to negotiate and gain cooperation on operational issues and internal divergent objectives.
6. Demonstrate ability to generate break through ideas and creating an environment that support experimentation & responsible risk taking in achievement of same.
