We will support you both personally and professionally to develop the skills / knowledge and experience to support individuals who have learning disabilities, sensory impairments, communication difficulties and behaviors that challenge.
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play an important role in creating a calm and relaxing environment to support individuals to wind down at the end of their day and any support needs throughout the night as and when required.
We support individuals, who have various communication needs including BSL, hands on hand & Makaton. Also some various mobility needs, physical and mental needs. This is a challenging role, but incredibly rewarding.
We have permanent contracts available up to 21 hours per week. We are offering you an hourly rate of £12.25 per hour. (£11.75 basic plus allowance)
We work on a flexible rota designed to meet the needs of the individuals being supported. Night shift patterns covers 10:00pm-07:00am Monday to Sunday.
*If you live outside of Louth to be considered for the role you will need use of your own vehicle to get to and from the service for early/late shifts due to very limited public transport.

Please note, this role may include regular sleep-in shifts paid at £50 a night (This means sleeping over at the residence, with the possibility you might have to wake up to provide care in the night.)
