We are hiring a Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion into Ireland. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing our presence in the Irish market, acquiring new clients and laying the groundwork for a successful sales team.
Key Responsabilities:
HUNT: Identify and target potential clients in IrelandActive sales in the fieldRecruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team as the business expands.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and achieve sales targets.Establish systems to support and monitor these sales strategies.Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities.Coordinate and track commercial actions.Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in acquiring new customersProven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving targets.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
