Job Description
Due to growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend's Digital team requires an M365 Support Specialist to join the Digital Europe team.

The role requires a candidate with experience in acting as the owner of Microsoft 365 products at large and expanding organisations. An organised and systematic approach to work is a must, as well as experience with MS Teams and SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities.
* M365 landscape management: Provide support for the M365 landscape, including SharePoint, Outlook and Teams. Keep an eye on the Microsoft 365 roadmap to spot upcoming changes that could benefit the organization.
* Onboarding process support: Establish, support, and automate the joiner, mover, leaver process for IT.
* Application integration: Facilitate the integration of applications into the M365 landscape, including supporting SSO and authenticator.
* Incident management: Respond promptly to incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolutions in line with our Service Level Agreements.
* Process improvement: Examine existing business processes within the IT team and continuously improve them based on experience and user feedback.
* Technical ownership of M365: Serve as a technical escalation point for other technology teams, offering your expertise when needed.
* Reporting: Build basic Power BI dashboards to report on the joiner, mover, leaver process, demonstrating ongoing improvement.
* AAD management: Manage Azure Active Directory (AAD) groups for different user types, ensuring appropriate access and compliance with security policies.
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
* 5+ years’ experience delivering IT Support.
* Proficient in integrating third-party applications using Microsoft Graph API.
* Experienced with M365, including, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.
* Experienced with PowerShell and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
* Experienced with process automation and improvement.
* Experienced configuring Microsoft Enterprise SSO for third party applications.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Background in consulting, specifically in Infrastructure and rail projects.
* Basic Power BI skills to develop reporting dashboards.
