Responsibilities
1. Overseeing the construction site, including the management of subcontractors, ensuring the health and safety of personnel, and maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
2. Accountable for the overall management and daily on-site operations.
3. Planning and managing short-term construction and scheduling programs to maximize efficiency and ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
4. Managing Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
5. Supervising subcontractors, leading on-site teams, and addressing any issues as they arise.
6. Delivering projects on time and to a high specification.
7. Collaborating with other departments to provide technical feedback and maintain consistency in communication and project execution.
8. Ensuring all document control processes are integrated as part of project management.
9. Maintaining and adhering to the Integrated Management System (IMS), including policies and procedures.
Requirments
10. Able to take initiative, demonstrating accountability and responsibility throughout the lifecycle of a project.
11. Deadline-oriented, motivating teams to achieve key targets.
12. Strong communication skills and sound commercial awareness.
13. A full driving license and relevant site certifications.
14. Eligible to work in Ireland.
Experience Required:
15. A degree in Construction Engineering and Management or a related field is advantageous.
16. At least 5 years of experience in residential projects.
17. Proficiency in numeracy and IT skills, including MS Project, Word, and Excel.
Salary for this Site Manager role is between €75,000 - €85,000 DOE
(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, car allowance, plus further additional benefits
