What you'll do:
Monitor performance and promote growth, ensuring exceptional customer service and exceeding business expectations.
Prepare accurate financial information, track service performance against budget, and provide monthly reconciliations.
Marketing through various means, maximising selling opportunities, and patronage and customer loyalty
Develop a team approach to enhance sales opportunities and embed a strong sales culture.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver services to the agreed contract standards.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations, actively championing a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff
What you bring:
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a large team.
Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving financial targets in retail services
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding customer service.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety, hygiene, and ideally licensing requirements.
