The main responsibilities of this role is to devise and implement a successful sales and marketing strategy using all forms of digital marketing showcasing and promoting the hotel, its offering s and facilities. You will also be responsible for the overall management of any functions and weddings, overseeing all aspects and liaising with customers and guests from start to finish.
REQUIREMENTS
1. 2-3 Years experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager or similar role within the hospitality sector essential for this role
2. Marketing or Digital Marketing qualification considered an advantage
3. Experience with implementing sales and marketing strategy for a busy hotel improving and generating sales and revenue for the business
4. Experience in wedding coordinating, managing weddings, functions and conferences, attending trade shows and fayres showcasing the hotel and its facilities
5. Well presented, professional attitude with excellent communication, organisation and time management skills, flexible with working hours
6. Computer literate with vast experience with digital marketing and social media essential for this role
