We are seeking an experience Breakfast Manager to join the very successful team at the Druids Glen Hotel.
The Breakfast Manager will be responsible for managing morning operations of the F&B outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for daily shift operations and management of staff in F&B area.
* Assists with promoting the food & beverage outlets
* Maintain and monitor the service levels of the F&B outlets - ensure that all guests are accommodated
* Maintain standards
* A focus on stock control, training, implementing training.
* Assists servers on the floor during peak periods
* Strives to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Strengthen the global hotel team by assisting in other areas of the operation when needed
* Ensure that Standards of Procedure are adhered to throughout the F&B outlets.
We are seeking an individual who has the following experience and knowledge:
* A minimum of two positions working as a manager/ assistant manager within a high-volume restaurant. May suit somebody at a supervisory level looking to take the next step in their career
* Previous experience in a similar position within a busy luxury Hotel environment, ideally a 4-5* property.
* Strong people management skills
* A proven track record in performance results within the area of guest satisfaction etc.
* Experience of working in a self-directed environment having to work under own direction.
* Experience in supervision and direction of a team.
* Excellent leadership and delegation skills required.
* Available to work early and late shifts both midweek and weekend.
* Strong communication levels both written and oral.
