Job Description
We are convinced that a high level of customer service combined with our wish to provide every customer with an experience will grow ARKET sales and profitability. As Store Experience Manager you will be the key player in creating this for ARKET. You will be overall responsible for leading and developing all departments in store, including the café, and constantly improve daily operations to achieve sales targets and budget. You lead the store according to company and brand values, standards, policies and routines. You report to the Area Manager. Some responsibilities include:
1. Lead and develop the store team inspiring them to reach and exceed goals
2. Ensure quality and exceptional standards for merchandising, sales activities, store operations, campaigns and stock levels
3. Continuously evaluate and follow up on customer service levels and sales KPIs
Qualifications
The role requires the ability to plan, organise and prioritise work to achieve goals. You will spend as much time on the store floor as you will back office. You are able to take initiatives and drive things forward, and brave enough to take decisions. As a person you are communicative and have a positive attitude. You’re team oriented and convinced that customer service and sales are more or less the same thing. You are caring and genuinely want the best for your team. You have minimum two years of leadership and customer service experience within the retail industry along with good English skills.
