The Area Specification Manager’s role is to promote and sell our EQUITONE range to leading architects, engineers, installers & distributers along with all value chain stakeholders including Building Contractors, Developers, Roofing & Cladding Contractors, building owners and clients. The role will be an All-Ireland position and will require travel on the island.
What you’ll do:
1. Focus sales efforts by identifying existing and potential sales opportunities for your product portfolio by targeting and inspiring the potential clients as outlined in job role.
2. Successfully achieve the specification, volume and revenue sales targets as assigned by sales management by managing the sales process for projects from specification through to order.
3. Creating & following leads with specifiers
4. Maximize sales opportunities through full use of market intelligence and management CRM systems including, commencement notices, planning permissions, diary management, CRM and any other source or system available.
5. Demonstrate product offerings using company literature, samples and presentations including CPD seminars.
6. Keep Management informed by submitting activity results reports, monthly sales reports and annual territory analyses.
7. Undertake other duties which may reasonably be allocated to you from time to time including weekend trade shows and other events
What you’ll bring:
8. Practical experience in the construction industry
9. A proven track record in successful selling.
10. Experience in project and / or technical sales
11. Interest in architecture with experience of specification sales, CRM and Pipeline management..
12. Ability to inspire architects to specify the EQUITONE range
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to track and maximise sales opportunities.
