Ecolab is looking for an Account Manager to join our team at Ecolab. Within our industry leading F&B division, this outside sales offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the Food, Beverage and Dairy Manufacturing industry. As an Account Manager you will manage a sales budget to achieve sales and expense budget.
What You'll Do
1. Managing the Sales Budget of the Accounts in ROI, with an ambition and commitment to achieve double digit growth rates
2. Improving skills of the sales teams and technical team from our local partners: through professional trainings and field visits at key accounts.
3. Building and maintaining strong and long-term relationships with your partners in your territory.
4. Generate and execute sales plans and strategies to close new opportunities within existing customer base, and in major, competitively-held accounts, to meet defined territory profit increase goals. Target % sales time will be approximately 30%, both organic and prospecting. Other portion of time is service/ account management.
5. Work closely with strategic current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory
6. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within current and prospective customers, including plant or facility executives. Work with our corporate managers to deliver the global plan as well as the area manager for the local.
What You'll Need
7. Fluent in English written and oral.
8. Deep working experience, dynamic and entrepreneurial (core value).
9. Willingness to travel 60% of your time in your territory.
10. Degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry,. Other degrees will be considered.
11. Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
