About the team
The Stripe Professional Services team is focused on helping all our customers, from global enterprises to ambitious startups, quickly adopt and integrate Stripe's capabilities. Our Stripe Accelerate offering is a core part of our services portfolio, primarily supporting startups and SMBs with a more scalable onboarding approach.
Users receive proactive guidance from our Accelerate team to ensure a successful launch, with a 90-day onboarding engagement. Users also gain access to a personalized online user portal and implementation resources to stay aligned with Stripe's best practices.
What you’ll do
As the User Onboarding Manager you'll own the relationships with our customers and be responsible for guiding them to successful Stripe implementations. Working closely with our Accelerate Onboarding Specialists team, you'll proactively engage users and shepherd them through the integration process.
Responsibilities
1. Proactively engaging and guiding users through the Stripe implementation process.
2. Closely partnering with our sales team (Account Executives) to ensure a smooth handoff, including deal scoping and making sure users have the right level of implementation offering attached.
3. Unblocking and enabling users by facilitating internal Stripe processes and managing Stripe-owned tasks on their behalf.

4. Monitoring the Sales pipeline for upcoming projects and managing the health of your portfolio of user projects overseen by your squad of Onboarding Specialists.

5. Leading and coordinating end to end delivery of the program, Onboarding Specialists, and other Stripe experts to deliver onboarding support and address user questions

6. Driving continuous improvement of the Accelerate onboarding offering, including owning initiatives like user communication, product enablement, process optimization, and data intelligence.

7. Measuring and reporting on the progress and completion of user implementations.

Minimum requirements
8. Corporate internship or 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
9. Experience in a customer-facing environment
10. Strong analytical, quantitative and operational capabilities
11. Comfort in operating in a highly ambiguous and fast paced environment
12. Experience collaborating on multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously
13. BSc or equivalent degree in a related field (technology, business administration, project management etc,)
14. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Preferred qualifications
15. Strong technical aptitude
16. Project management training or certification
17. Ability to communicate in French & English
18. Payments/ ecommerce experience
19. Experience working in a Professional Services organization or in a customer success/support organization
20. A familiarity with APIs
Hybrid work at Stripe
Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.
Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €62,100 - €93,100. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
