Title: Line Maintenance Coordinator Our client looking to hire a Line Maintenance Coordinator to work in the aircraft maintenance department. This role would suit a candidate with previous experience in administrative aviation maintenance planning/stores/inventory or similar. Salary: €40-42K DOE Shift: Mon - Fri - 8:30am - 5pm Reporting to the Line Maintenance Manager, your key responsibilities will be to: Provide tooling and Ground support to the 145 organisations Ensure all company vehicles, equipment, and property is maintained in an organised condition. Control using the companies AMOS system and Procure Aircraft Engineering Tooling Work alongside the duty Airworthiness Control Engineer ensuring sufficient spares, tooling, manpower etc. are in place for upcoming maintenance events. Assist Airworthiness Control Engineer with AOG events as they arise. Liaise with Line Maintenance Stores, Airworthiness Control Department, Materials and Planning Departments as required. Monitor spare parts and tooling movements required for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Attend the weekly technical delays meeting, occurrence review and reliability meetings. Attend the Daily review meeting chaired by the Airworthiness Control Engineer and keep minutes in Event tracking address issues as they arise. Monitor and Control Airport Identification Cards and Training for the engineering department. Coordinate & deliver training as required by the airport authorities. Perform other duties as required by the Line Maintenance Manager. About You Proficiency in Office 365. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Works well under pressure with good time management skills. Holds a full clean driver licence. Ability to quickly interpret manuals. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Must be eligible to work in Republic of Ireland. Hold a valid unrestricted passport. Able to pass a 5-year background check. Previous Administration experience is preferred.
