Overview
eir evo talent are seeking applications for a Service Desk Engineer, this is a 6-month day rate contract located in Dublin 8. The role is Hybrid.
Responsibilities:
1. You will work as part of the support team that are the front line for IT into our business, answering calls and emails.
2. Work can vary from remote troubleshooting, software installs, training & supporting customers throughout the business with IT queries.
3. You will be trained in Service Now, our call logging system-ensure all calls/e-mails are logged, updated & resolved according to internal SLAs and best practice.
4. Previous PC Hardware & Software experience through college/work placement would be an advantage.
5. Basic network experience.
6. Windows OS knowledge.
7. Strong problem analysis & solving skills.
8. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
9. Ability to work as part as the team.
