They are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based in Dublin on a permanent basis operating across diverse sectors, including pharmaceutical, data centres healthcare, and large commercial projects. Key Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor Analyze tender BOQs to set project budgets and procure resources. Track monthly costs against budgets and report on project financials. Engage with stakeholders on all commercial project aspects. Prepare and submit monthly payment claims, ensuring certification. Track contract adjustments and maintain thorough project records. Certify subcontractor payments and manage control accounts. Oversee contractual obligations, including warranties, bonds, and contract management. Monitor commercial forecasts, cash flow projections, and project performance. Identify and manage project risks and report monthly on project status to directors. Requirements for Quantity Surveyor Qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field. 3+ years of quantity surveying experience with a mechanical contractor. Strong knowledge of mechanical installations and M&E components. Excellent attention to detail, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and meticulous record-keeping. Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
