To operate the dishwasher & surrounding areas
To ensure the coldrooms are clean & sanitised including shelves, door handles, rubber seals, floors & walls
To ensure all fridges & freezers are cleaned and sanitised including grill around fans
To ensure ovens are sprayed & cleaned and that the grills are washed through the dishwasher
To clean vents weekly
To ensure the floor in the kitchen are thoroughly cleaned to avoid any slip and to use hazard signs
To clean insectocutors weekly
To pull out all free standing units and clean underneath weekly
