Location: Dublin Airport Salary: €40k plus Hours: 8 hour shift, 5 over 7 days This may suit a hospitality candidate looking for a more daytime led role. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure smooth operations. Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures. Recruit, train, and develop a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment. Schedule staff effectively to meet business needs while managing labor costs. Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
