Your Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve Service Desk tickets.
Maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Engage in regular client communications.
Manage daily client-specific tasks.
Maintain and update client documentation.
Identify and suggest process improvements and solutions.
Your Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
A 3rd-level Diploma/Degree is advantageous.
Proficiency in the Microsoft suite.
Understanding of core networking principles.
(Desirable) Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CompTIA, MCSA, CCNA).
Experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, and firewalls.
Strong communication skills.
