We are hiring for our client, a luxurious property in Co. Meath, looking for a highly skilled and experienced Brasserie Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the brasserie, ensuring top-quality service, and leading a dynamic team to create exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of the brasserie’s daily operations, from staff management to guest services.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the front-of-house team, ensuring high levels of service and team efficiency.
* Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house to provide seamless service.
* Maintain strong guest relations by addressing inquiries, feedback, and ensuring satisfaction.
* Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive revenue growth.
* Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
* Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are adhered to.
* Collaborate with senior management to implement operational improvements and promotional strategies.
Requirements:
* Significant experience in a management role within a restaurant or brasserie setting, ideally in a high-end or luxury environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L.
