We are currently working with a leading Wealth Management firm who are looking to hire an Alternative Investment Support Manager to join their team. Role Duties include:
1. Manage resources of direct reports on a daily basis and ensure critical roles are covered at all times
2. Ensure inter-team training is continual for both staff developmental and operational needsParticipate in the creation of Personal
3. Development Plans for the team and also in the Performance Appraisal process
4. Preparation of annual tax statements for client investments in private equity products
5. Reviewing controls and procedures regularly to ensure that all processes are up to date and documented
6. Ensure capital calls, distributions and payments are executed accurately and efficiently
Requirements
7. Minimum 4 years’ experience in financial services
8. Ideally 2 years experience of people management
9. Knowledge and understanding of Private Equity Fund structures is preferable
10. Advanced knowledge of excel is preferable
11. QFA would be desirable
12. Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
