We are a leading Refrigeration and HVAC contractor based in Dublin and we are looking to strengthen our contracting and project management team with the addition of a contracts administrator. The primary objective of the role is the administration, co-ordination and management of projects / contracts from order enquiry through to delivery to the customer. The Contracts Administrator will be based in our Head Office at Blanchardstown. Suitable candidates will ideally have experience in the preparation of works proposals for tender submissions to include programming, resourcing, quality award criteria, etc. Personal Attributes :. Ability to perform to tight deadlines Duties :. Preparation of Health + Safety documentation. Issuing of RAMS. Preparation and submission of tender documentation. PQQ Folder management. Sourcing, pricing and purchasing of equipment/materials. Sequencing of projects. Scheduling of labour. Preparation of Programme of Works. Cost control from start to completion. Co-ordination of training info, certs, qualifications etc. Manage Sub Contractor Accounts/Documentation. Compile post works documentation eg O+M manuals. WEEE Management and submissions.
