Albany Beck is seeking a skilled Test Analyst, to work on an exciting transformation, with one of our VIP Clients, based in Dublin. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and executing test frameworks to ensure the data quality, performance, and stability of applications supporting their operational processes. The successful candidate will work closely with developers, business analysts, subject matter experts, and other QA team members. Key Responsibilities: Design and Implement Test Frameworks: Collaborate with Test Manager to develop and maintain scalable and reusable test frameworks using industry-standard tools and languages Test Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with Test Manager and business stakeholders to define testing strategies that cover critical functional and non-functional requirements. Test Script Development: Create, execute, and maintain test scripts for regression, performance, functional, and integration testing of applications. Test Execution: Execution of and/or support business subject matter experts in the execution of user test cases Defect Management: Identify, document, and report defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution and verification of bug fixes. Manage the resolution and/or support business subject matter experts in the resolution of any defects Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, project managers and subject matter experts to ensure test objectives are met. Risk and Issue Identification: Identify risks in test scenarios and provide recommendations to mitigate or resolve them. Reporting: Produce test reports and communicate results, progress, and risks to stakeholders. Core/Key Experience: Minimum 6 years testing experience. Experience working within the financial services industry, particularly in asset management, is highly desirable. Understanding of financial systems, asset management workflows, and relevant regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand complex financial applications. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Key Competencies: Collaborative mindset and ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments.
