The role
will liaise closely and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to help implement a best in class service.
Key Accountabilities
1. Overall management of all the Annerville inventory control operation and systems
2. Maintain inventory accuracy to > 99.9%
3. Implementation of industry best practice on a consistent basis across all aspects of inventory control operations.
4. Ensure that there is active monitoring of all areas of the organisation where there is potential for inventory errors to take place and have the controls in place to rectify issues when they do arise.
5. Running various reports to aid decision making regarding pallet storage/ inventory issues.
6. Improving the pallet utilisation in warehouse areas.
7. Combing part pallets where required.
8. Clearing, investigating and reconciling stock returns
9. Development of weekly cycle-counting processes to ensure accuracy of stocks on AS400.
10. Ensure business confidence in AS400 stock balances.
11. Conducting Month-End counts.
12. Assisting external warehouses for outsourced storage ensuring that inventory controls are applied and maintained.
13. Training and development in Inventory Control systems as required.
14. Required to undertake all warehouse operative functions as the operation demands.
