Busy law firm in Dublin 2 are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join them permanently and on a full time basis (37.5 hours).
Hours 9.30am – 6pm
You will need to have strong switchboard experience and be able to demonstrate experience handling large volumes of incoming calls.
In addition, your duties will include:
1. Meeting and greeting clients, directing to meeting rooms and arranging taxis as required on their departure.
2. Handling post, deliveries and incoming packages. Organising couriers when required.
3. Meeting room management – managing booking requests, preparing rooms prior to meetings and cleaning up afterwards.
4. Ad-hoc administration as required – filing, photocopying, and organising stationary.
The ideal candidate will also have:
5. Experience working in a Corporate Reception environment.
6. Strong MS Office skills.
7. Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours occasionally.
8. A warm and professional manner with excellent communication skills.
